Your morning routines can make your day better and more productive. My mornings consist of meditation, a light exercise, brain food and a healthy breakfast.
Here are few things that help me set my day…
- Wake up earlier – If you wake up one hour earlier, that hour can be spent reading, learning something new or meditating. That hour can set your mindset making your day more productive. It can be spent working on yourself or working on a side business. Try waking up a half of hour earlier then transition to a full hour.
- Meditate – Meditation is the ability to be present and mindful. If you need help with meditation, you can try a guided meditation. Click on the link below to one of my favorite guided meditations on you tube.

- Positive repetition – Your brain does not know the difference between what is real and what is not. You become what you think about. One way to change your thinking is repetition. What you constantly expose your brain to, you become. Set your intentions and repeat.
- Read – Make it a goal to read at least one book a month. Reading is the best way to improve your communication skills in addition to your writing skills. Choose a book that will help you to get to the next level by introducing new ideas.
- Journal – Writing in a journal is a great way to write down goals and organize your thoughts. Once you write it down, you are able to organize your thoughts ultimately turning thoughts into action and finally into reality.
- Exercise – Exercise keeps your body healthy and young.
- Spend some time in nature – Try to take time in nature by taking a walk or spending time in your backyard.
- Drink water – Staying hydrated helps you to speed up the metabolism assisting in weight loss or maintaining a healthy weight.
These are just a few ways to start your day so that you can have a productive positive day.
