Believe it or not, we are always manifesting whether we are doing it intentionally or unintentionally. In the book, “Think and Grow Rich“, by Napoleon Hill, Hill said that we create what we think about. Whatever we focus on, will transpire or come into fruition. Our mind is like a garden and our thoughts are seeds. Whatever we plant today will grow tomorrow. So, we can either plant a garden of flowers or a field of weeds.
Thoughts become things and everything has been created twice, once in the mind and once in reality. With that being said, if we focus on the hectic stressors of life, we will continue to manifest more of that. If we have one bad experience and focus on that bad experience by replaying the scenario endlessly in our minds, then we will continue to create more drama because thoughts become things.
One way to understand this idea is when you buy a new car. Once you buy that new car, you notice that vehicle everywhere. What you once never noticed, you now see everywhere. We are now focused on the new car therefore we subconsciously look for it. The same goes for drama. Once we are aware of the stressors and we continue to think about it, we will continue to focus it.
STOP THE MADNESS
To stop the madness, stop thinking about it. Stop replaying those scenarios over and over. It sounds easier said than done but it must be done. So here are some tips to stop the madness:
- Go for a walk
- Watch a comedy show
- Work out
- Eat something nourishing
- Go for a drive
- Read a book
- Watch a movie
The point is to do something that will break up the continuous negative thoughts. Do something positive to change your thoughts which will change direction of your focus. Once you change your focus from negative to positive, you can manifest more positivity in your life. Once you change your thoughts, the situation will not seem so bad. You will have a clear mind which can help to problem solve to change the situation.
