Everyone has both masculine and feminine energy but some people possess more than the other. Feminine energy doesn’t mean that you need to have the traits that society portrays femininity as but to exude certain traits. These traits resemble traits seen in nature. Since nature is feminine, we can look to that to possess more of that feminine trait. To have or possess feminine energy you need to:
1. Be present – Have reconnections with yourself and with your body by spending time alone or workout. Spend time living in the moment and being more present. Be relax and practice being at ease. Give your attention to the current moment. If you are with someone, put away your phone, focus on them and make eye contact. By putting your phone away, you live in the moment without any distractions.
2. Get out if your head and into your heart – Be able to express your emotions and feelings. Tell your partner or friends what you need. Dig into your feelings and be able to communicate your feelings. It is not easy and it will take practice.
3. Ask for help – it’s ok to ask for help. Be the damsel in distress. Allow for help into your life.
4. Say thank you – Having an attitude of gratitude is universal. Being grateful and saying thank you is for everyone. For women, learn how to take a compliment. Do not reverse the compliment by playing it down. Just say thank you with a smile. 😊 Thank those around you.
5. Learn to smile – or to at least look happy. It may be hard to smile all the time but think of something nice. Attractiveness is not big boobs or a big ass, it’s about your energy. Smiling makes you feel and look happy. Although people can’t see it, I smile under my mask.
