Keeping a journal is a simple way to organize your thoughts or to release emotions.  

A journal is place to:

  • Let go – Let go of all worries which can cause anxiety.
  • Organize your thoughts – Sometimes we need to write stuff down so that we can focus on other areas of our that needs attention.
  • Be Safe – A safe place to freely express your thoughts and opinions.
  • Write it down. It becomes more powerful if you are able to think it and write it down. My cat’s ear is in this picture lol.
