Sometimes it’s difficult to be “in the moment” especially with all of the many distractions. We have phones, jobs and other obligations that can distract us from appreciating the small things in life.
I am definitely guilty of this especially when it comes to checking my phone. I’ve learned that whatever is on your phone can wait aside from family related emergencies. Your complete attention is not only beneficial for the people around you but for your own peace and pleasure.
I was able to capture this moment by being “in the moment” and letting go of thoughts that I can’t do anything about. It turned out to be a gorgeous moment…
Be in the moment for:

- your family
- your inner peace
