Thoughts become things. Everything is created twice, once in the mind then again in reality. Everything is created twice whether it be that computer you’re using or the phone you’re holding. Someone thought about those things before they were created.
Our thoughts control so much of our reality. When we think of something whether it be taking a shower or cleaning our house, it eventually turns into an action. If you are like me, I think about cleaning a lot before it happens.
With that in mind, it is important to be mindful about what we think about. One of the ways to be more mindful is meditation. Meditation is observing the thoughts but not becoming engulfed in them. We are not our thoughts. Our thoughts are just a projection and we are the observer. Once we realize that we are not our thoughts and that we can change them at any time, we can change our reality.
What we focus on will eventually become our reality. If we think happy thoughts we will have a happy life. If we think about stress and stressful situations, we are going to be stressed.
Mediation is a great way to guide our thoughts and think a happier place into existence.
