Manifestation is the process of turning your thoughts into reality. What ever you focus your mind on will come true. It is said that everything is created twice, once in the mind and second in reality. If you want a new home, a new job, a better body or the perfect partner aka soulmate, it can all be manifested.
Here are 9 parts to the manifestation process.
1. Write it down…
Be specific – how much money do you want in your bank account? How much do you want to earn and from doing what by what time frame? If you are trying to lose weight, how much do you want to weigh? Why do you want to lose weight? Keep your words positive.
2. Feel it…
Everything is energy according to physics. What would it feel like to buy that house, get that job or take that vacation. You must first become it before you can experience it. Your frequency/vibration must be aligned with what you want. If getting that house or traveling to that destination makes you happy then you must feel happy. Although it is impossible to be happy all the time, when thinking about your manifestation, do something that will elevate your mood.
3. Visualize it…
Make a vision board. When you can visually see your goals on a daily basis, the more you’ll look for ‘cues’ to make it happen. Make a vision board with pictures from Instagram or Pinterest and set as your screen saver. Visualize yourself in that new house, new car or healthier body.
4. Have a positive mindset…
Turn off the news or limit the time spent watching it. Be mindful of what you watch or listen to. Make sure that you’re feeding your body good, healthy foods so that you’re not feeling sluggish or sick. Hang around people that make you feel good. Listen to music that makes you feel happy. Ultimately, do what elevates your mood/vibration and making yourself happy.
5. Let go of fear…
Let go of resistance, doubt and all negative thinking toward your goal. Let go of everything that you can’t control. Try not to obsess on the process or how it will manifest but trust yourself, trust the universe and trust that it will happen. Everything will happen in divine timing.
6. Speak it out loud…
Say what you want and speak it out loud to yourself several times a day. Affirm that your goal will become a reality. Use affirmations to help keep you focused. The best affirmations start with ‘I am’.
7. Gratitude…
Say thank you as if you already have it. You can say, I’m so happy and thankful now that…(insert manifestation). Be thankful for what you have while working for what you want.
8. Create the system…
What are your daily habits? What do you need to do differently to achieve your goals? Wake up earlier. Plan your day and set your intentions as soon as you wake up. Set a goal date. A goal is not a goal without a date. Eat healthy food for energy and stay hydrated.
9. Expect good things to happen to you….
Follow your passions and do what feels good. Allow for the manifestation to occur by letting go of all fear and resistance.
