Want to have a successful day where you feel you’ve accomplished something? How you start your day and the sequence of events thereafter affects how successful your day will be.
Start your day with a meditation so that you’ll have a clear head. Set your intentions on what you want to accomplish for the day. Write down your goals. I usually write down three things that I want to get done.
Starting your day with meditation will keep you focused and calm. If you start your day with social media, that only disrupts your brain and starts you off in a frenzied state of mind. Take time to care for your mind before you start using your mind.
Setting intentions for the day keeps you focused. By setting the intentions that you want to workout, eat healthy or get something done, you set your mind up to complete the task.
Write it down. If you have a lot to do, it helps to write it down and cross it off. There’s nothing more satisfying than crossing off items on a to-do-list. Writing it down the day before works so much better especially when you don’t want to think in the morning.
The next thing is take action. If you write down your goals or make a to-do list, nothing will get done without action. Take action and once you get momentum, you’ll have a very successful day!
