Health is wealth. I know that it sounds cliche but it’s true. One way to improve our health is to raise our vibration. As Newton said, we are both a particle and wave. Everything is vibrating and that includes food. We are all vibrational beings vibrating at the same frequencies as those items around us or what we eat. What we eat is important to how high we want to vibrate or how low. Most high vibrational foods are fresh and less acid like fruits, veggies and non – processed foods.
A high vibrational breakfast includes fresh fruit and grains. I had a bowl of oatmeal with almond milk, strawberries, honey and a bit of quinoa for protein.
Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complex, make it simple.
Foods that are raw or are still living are vibrating in a higher frequency than foods that have been processed.
Raw foods are fresh veggies and fresh fruit like melon, bananas and mangoes . They are high vibrational, alkaline foods since they have not been cooked or processed.
Processed foods are foods like hotdogs, sugar and oil. These foods are vibrating at a low frequency. Foods vibrating at a low frequency cause sickness and illness.
To vibrate higher, choose foods that are high vibrational like fruits and veggies. Not only will you feel better but you’ll look better.
You are what you eat.
