Your intuition or your gut instinct is your body’s internal mechanism that is said to guide you.
Instinct is something that can’t be explained scientifically but can be felt like love or happiness.
We undoubtedly have a source that enables us to make logical decisions (or not so logical decisions).
Listen
Learn to listen to this feeling. By listening to this feeling, you will save yourself time and effort. You will save yourself from unnecessary situations. Sometimes the reason for acting upon it will not be known until later.
For me that has been a very subtle feeling of ‘knowing’.
Clarity
I can only obtain insight to this feeling of ‘knowing’ by obtaining clarity. For me, clarity can be obtained through meditation.
I also achieve clarity by clearing my thoughts by limiting my outside distractions and by spending time in nature.
I set my intentions of what I want by writing them down. Writing them down helps me to decide what I want to achieve for the day and it works for long and short term goals.
Next
Next is to pay attention to dreams, quotes, songs or numbers. Become observant.
Your brain will start making connections subliminally, guiding you to your goals.
Listen to your inner voice.
Intuition is the source of scientific knowledge.
