When I started my journey, I did not know that I would create a blog. I just knew that I wanted to learn everything I could about spirituality, the law of attraction, meditation, ascension and just over-all self-improvement. I’m not sure how they are all related but I knew that they were all a positive influence for me. I spent hundreds of hours over several years listening to and reading books on these subjects. It was after I developed a more positive outlook that I decided that I needed to share what I learned so that others could possibly benefit.
The problem is that I struggle with being consistent and with keeping my thoughts in alignment. Sometimes I struggle with staying motivated. It’s during these times that we strengthen our “motivation” muscles. When you feel like you don’t want to do something, do it any way. Eventually you will make it a habit and you won’t even have to think about.
My point is that whatever you are struggling with, whether it be diet and exercise or meditating daily, just know that every little bit adds up and the key is consistency. With consistency, your able to achieve and maintain your goals.
