1. Learn to cook a new dish – Learn to cook healthy foods with plenty of veggies and lean proteins. When you eat healthier, you feel better and you may even lose a pound or two.
2. Read a book and that includes audio books. I don’t always have time to sit down and read a book so I listen to a lot of audio books. You can listen while in the car, while cleaning or while cooking.
3. Exercise – There are plenty of at home exercise options. You can always test out different exercises on YouTube for free. All you need is the desire to workout, a mat (if doing yoga) and/or weights.
4. Watch a complete series on Netflix from start to finish – Choose a series that has completely ended. The best thing about this is that you don’t have to wait for another season to come out.
5. Get rid of clutter – Getting rid of clutter is a good way to earn extra cash if you sell it. You can always donate so that someone else may get some use out of it. I use to have problems with getting rid of clothes but if someone else can put use to it then, why not donate it. Getting rid of clutter helps to clear up space so that you can keep your living area cleaner.
6. Learn a new skill or take an online class – Learning a new skill is always beneficial. There are tons of online classes.
7. Adopt an animal – please make sure you can care for them later. You can also foster a pet until they find their forever home.
8. Host a zoom party – it may not be as fun as a real party but the upside is that you can eat all the food and pants are optional.
9. Plan a vacation – you may not be able to travel anytime soon but planning a vacation will lift your mood.
